Elastage

Elastage is a new high-performance thermoplastic elastomer achieved using the plastic and rubber technologies that we have acquired over many years in the industry.
Elastage is a feature packed polymer alloy made from ester, halogen, and other polymers, and has properties that are very similar to rubber.
Being a thermoplastic makes Elastage ideal for recycling, along with making it a material that is both economical and environmentally friendly.

Grades of Elastage

●ES Series: High-performance thermoplastic elastomer

●ED Series: Thermoplastic vibration absorption

About the Technologies

●Elastage Features

[Feature 1] New material suited to applications requiring low hardness

[Feature 2] Excellent rubber-like properties

・Stress-strain curves almost identical to that of vulcanized rubber
・Superb rubber-like properties such as compression set and permanent elongation

[Feature 3] Outstanding functionality

・Electrical characteristics range from the anti-static region to the semi-conductive region
・Low temperature resistance and grease resistance comparable to special rubbers (such as NBR)
・Top-class energy absorption properties
・Outstanding abrasion resistance

[Feature 4] Same moldability as standard thermoplastic resins

[Feature 5] Extremely high ozone resistance

[Feature 6] Can be colored in any way and has a great feel
