Includes flammable liquids, increasing the risk in fire. The
substance can decompose and catch fire if it comes in contact
with substances with strong alkalinity or acidity. The substance
can catch fire if it becomes desiccated by coming in contact
with objects of high temperature of left in direct sunlight. |
| Toxicity |
Breathing in a large quantity of IPA vapor can affect the
central nervous system and may induce anesthesia. |

| Handling |
Protective equipment (safety gloves, safety glasses, safety
mask, work clothes) must be worn.
Naked flames are prohibited around the work area, and explosion
proof equipment and facilities must be used.
Avoid contact with reducing agents, combustible substances,
and strong acids.
Appropriate equipment should be provided to prevent damage
from static electricity, and friction and shocks should be
avoided. |
| Storage |
Store in a sealed dark bottle kept in a well ventilated area
away from direct sunlight and naked flames. Fire extinguishing
devices must be available as stated by the Fire Services Act. |
