Dyes have been traditionally used for inkjet coloring materials, however
presently there is a shift towards pigment types. This is because they
provide enhanced water and light resistance, as well as achieve superior
permeation with printed materials.
Current general dispersion methods used can not only cause nozzle blockages
and ink drops when used with inkjets, but additionally the color tones,
luster, and transparency required of color toners are also difficult to
achieve.
Using our color chips for inkjets overcome many of the problems associated
with nozzle blockages and ink drops. Color toners benefit from more accurate
tones, luster, and transparency, leading to more photo-like images.
